Managing Partner
Alex Jaech, CPA
Alex is a graduate of Fresno State with a B.S. in Business Administration - Accountancy. He began his accounting career at Deloitte, where he gained valuable experience working on tax compliance and consulting projects for large, privately held companies and their owners. Alex specializes in income tax consulting & compliance for partnerships, S corporations, and individuals. He has experience in agricultural, real estate, and many other industries.
After several years in public accounting, Alex's passion for connecting with local small business owners & desire to build a firm aligned with his values inspired him to start Jaech & Associates. He is deeply grateful for his family, friends, and clients who have supported him along the way.
He is a proud husband and father of three girls. Outside of work, he enjoys playing classical piano, competitive SCRABBLE®, and serving in his community.
Partner
Dustin Barros, CPA
Dustin received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Brigham Young University, and an MBA from The University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
He spent 13 years working as a civilian employee of the US Navy. During this time, he worked as a contracting officer, negotiating and administering multi-million-dollar contracts for supplies, services, construction, and R&D for the Department of Defense. His service took him from the R&D labs in China Lake, CA, to the home of the US Navy Sixth Fleet in Naples, Italy, to the nuclear submarine base in Bangor, Washington, to the US Special Operations Command in Baumholder, Germany.
In 2022, Dustin and his wife returned home to the Central Valley to pursue a career in accounting, joining Jaech & Associates as a senior tax accountant, and he became a partner in 2023. He has four children and enjoys playing D&D and cruising in his 1970 Fiat 500.
Associate/Office Manager
Joe Chase
Joe is a Fresno native, born and raised in the Central Valley. He earned a bachelor's degree in Agribusiness from CSU Fresno and has been with the firm since 2021.
Joe serves as our dedicated payroll specialist and office manager.
Associate
Bobby Vang
Bobby joined the firm in 2023 as an intern from Brigham Young University - Idaho. After successfully completing his internship, he returned to the firm as an Associate in our tax department.
